Digital Image Entries

Digital Projected Image entries should be sized and titled as described below and emailed as attachments to:

You are required to resize your entries as follows:-

Landscape Format - 1024px X 768px (width & height) at 72dpl

Portrait Format - 1024px X 768px (height & width) at 72dpl,

however the width may be wider than this if you wish.

· Go to IMAGE - IMAGE RESIZE

· Tick both Constrain Proportions & Resample boxes

· If necessary, change the Resolution to 72dpi ‘First’

· Resolution should be shown as pixels/inch NOT pixels/cm

· For Landscape format, type in the top space 1024px. The height will change proportionately automatically

· For Portrait format, type in 1024px (height) and the width will change proportionately automatically

· Click OK

· Grade entered (c, b or a) - lower case

· Open or Set Subject (o or s) - lower case

· Followed by a hyphen ( - ) not under score ( _ )

· Up to this point ‘NO’ spaces

· Title of image, (Upper case & spaces can be used, but keep titles short)

· Another hyphen ( - )

· Photographer’s name (Upper case start of names & put spaces between 1st & 2nd name)
