Gail has been a member of the NSPS for the last 12 years (since 2006). In this time she has been on the North Shore Salon Committee, written our newsletter for the last two years, and last year started an Audio Visual group in the Club.
Gail has been working seriously on Macro Photography in recent years. She has co-authored a manual on Macro photography for Auckland Zoo where she teaches photography, and also teaches Macro workshops with NZ Photography Tours.
At our March workshop night, Gail will share her journey into Macro Photography over the years and also explain to us her various methods of creating her images. She will also discuss with us the process of “Focus Stacking” to allow a greater depth of field in Macro work.
