Resizing an image

The NSPS are now using  a high definition, 4K capable laptop and projector.  The image size has now increased from 1620x1080 pixels to 3840x2160, slightly more than double the size.

What does that mean for showcasing your images on the screen?

What is resolution? What does 4k mean?

Where do you find out the size of your image? Is your camera set up to capture in the maximum size.

What to do if your pixel count falls short of the dimensions for the screen?

Why let a good image that's been cropped not be showcased in the best possible way. Come along and find out why and how to?

Various programmes and techniques, pro's and con's for enlarging  an image will be discussed and demonstrated including the new AI Gigapixel by Topaz labs.

The process of enlarging  a  RAW vs Jpeg image captured in camera.

Kevin and Dean have put together an informative and clear explanation of image resizing  with plenty of time for questions.
